Returns & Refunds

Chuya accepts eligible unused products returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Original packaging, included parts, and order information should be provided.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect the order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, submit a support request from the website so the order can be reviewed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Return limitations

Used, altered, incomplete, or final-sale items may not qualify for return unless required by applicable law.
